The following is an education for all Americans, but mostly young Americans, in what every free human being in America needs to know to help them survive the things that shape our world today. I hope what I have to say helps you and yours and allows you a better life on the planet. 
 
     Since I left high school in 1965, I have watched members of the US Government, the people who make up our laws and spend our tax dollars everywhere but in America, do some pretty stupid things to Americans and to the American economy, many of them filling their pockets in the process.  And, many of those politicians, the so-called power barrons, the one's who have been in office the longest, the one's who think and act like they are in control in our country, decades after they should have been ousted from those offices, are still causing problems for Americans today.  In 2010 and 2011 almost every US Senator and US Congressman will come up for re-election.  Due to this fact, I believe that it is time to flush the toilet, as it were, and begin afresh.  I think it is time to get rid of every one of them, every Senator and Congressman that holds office today, and start over with more honest men and women, people with fresh ideas and a new and better outlook on the world and how America fits into it.  We need to elect people who want to treat our US Veterans with honor and dignity instead of telling them lies and falsehoods about what the people of the United States and their government will do for them if they serve their country.  We don't need liars and manipulators in government office's in America.  We need honest and honorable people who want to do the right, not the wrong things, for America and its citizens. We certainly don't need Presidentially selected Szars placed into key positions in our government to make sure our Veterans don't get what they were promised when they enlisted or were drafted into military service.  This is something every American should carefully consider before going into military service in America.  I for one am tired of the bull shit.  My vote will be to remove every Congressman and Senator who has sat in office more than one term come election day.  I will vote for the unknown new guy, not the connected man or woman who has been groomed to fill the office by a political party for years.  Then I am going to watch those people like a hawk for the rest of my life to make sure they do the job we, the American public, pays them to do.  Why?  Because they are not doing it for us toady, that's why...  It is time for a change America.  Do the right thing and vote for a better tomorrow in America and in the world.  Boot the old, and should have been infirmed long ago, from office and help Americans bring in a new age, a better age, for America.  Let's all work together to get our country back on track and out of the dumps.   
     Remember... The United States Government has caused the strife we see in America today, not we over taxed and over worked Americans.  And, just where is all of our millions and billions of tax dollars going?  All I hear is someone demanding more when I don't see the results of the taxes I have already paid.

      Welcome back...  Now for some background and some really good advice for every American.  
     America, from the very beginning, was built on the promise of freedom and on the teachings of Christianity.  Its citizens, from the time of initial settlement in the New World till now, being taught to believe in our Lord God and in his son Jesus Christ.  Today, because of better communications with the rest of the world, we have been educated to at least some, if not all, of the other religions in our world, most of them believing in God in one form or another, and we allow room for every one of them in America.  That's a good thing. The flip side to that coin is that some of those who have moved to America, men and women who don't believe in the right of freedom in any country or believe in the christian teachings way of life that we know want to push their anit-freedom beliefs and their religions on the people who first settled here.  In my opinion, if they don't like it here in America, then they can leave and not come back.  They can go back to where ever it was they came from and live the life they want there.  It is just that simple.  You see, in America, they have the right to make up their own minds and do what they want to do to succeed with their dreams.
     Sorry...  Back to the point.  As Christians we were brought up to attend Church, read and understand the Christian Bible and were taught to treat others in our society as equals and or with respect allowing them their freedom and choice of religion that we all enjoy today.  This was a system that taught all the right things to our citizens and especially to our children.  In addition, we all learned; not to steal, lie, or cheat, harm or kill others, our neighbors, and to be respectful of everyone through tollerance and understanding.  In addition, through the use of corporal punishment we learned to respect and obey our parents and our family elders, and to obey the laws of our country and the rules of our society in general.   And, except for those that refused to learn or couldn't, or except for those that were criminals at heart, we got along... For the most part anyway.      

     However, because some people apparently took things too far back in the day and spanked or hit their kids in public or had to spank them too often to make the unruly, the hard cases, mind, or have respect for others, to teach them right from wrong and to act responsibly in society, someone, some idiot, said; "ENOUGH"!  This was probably the first terrorist that landed on American soil that wasn't watched closely enough by the security services of the US... 

     That is when yet another idiot, probably another terrorist in their cell, one that maneuvered himself or was placed in just the right office in Washington DC to work closely with some stupid or ignorant Senators and Congressmen, the one's we put our trust in, worked together with the first one to destroy America from within.  With his or her abilities, the laws in America were eventually changed and this undermined the entire American family education system. 

     Well, in my opinion, that was the first and most successful terrorist act ever committed on American soil by a traitor, someone, an enemy of America, that was only posing as a patriotic American, and that person had to be a politician. Therefore, in my opinion, we have a Terrorist cell, made up of one or more of our Congressmen and Senators, that is operating freely within the confines of our own government, one that our government has not found...  WHY NOT?   
     Again, and this is only in my opinion, those son's a bitch's ought to be found and jailed for the rest of their lives and then their remains should be deported or dumped out at sea where nuclear dumpsites are.  
     Why?  Well, it was immediately after that act of terrorism, that all hell broke lose in America and our kids took control of our families, in addition to their failing educations and our country's now failing  future...  You remember when the laws were changed that said, "If you hit your kids, we'll put you into jail or prison, or take your kids away from you and place them into another family somewhere else in the world.  Yeah, you remember...  Government officials were probably selling those displaced kids to well-to-do friends and people in foreign countries or to the highest bidder in America.  I mean, how do we know what our government is doing?  All we can do is watch as they destroy America.   

     God!  I mean, How stupid can we as Americans be?  And, we haven't tried in any way to change things back to the way it worked, to try to save our country from this internal distruction.   
     Anyone with a half a brain should realize that giving our children that kind of control over our adults lives was like giving the keys to the inmates of a mental hospital where lunatics and crazed killers were housed.  I don't remember ever voting on anything that said I gave up my rights as a father or a parent in my own home, but that is what happened. 
     Now, today, our children have all the rights of control in our homes and schools and we, the parents and their teachers, simply try to stay out of jail by leaving these disrespectful, hateful kids alone to ruin their own lives, and ours, sadly, while they take our great country down the drain as high school dropouts, drunks and drug addicts. Damn...
  Who of you out there actually thinks that children can run their own lives  not to mention adults lives without some kind of restraint, in any country? No One Does, That's who...  And our Government also knew it but they still passed the laws that have allowed it to happen in America.  Who got or is getting paid off for allowing that to happen and to continue to go on? 

     Before those laws were changed, the elders in American families used to use our system of beliefs in family values in concert with the teachings of our Christian churches to control our children.  Our elders used forms of corporal punishment; spankings, a slap now and then along with reasonable rules to follow within the family unit and home along with extra work around the house to teach our children respect for others and to teach them family values, like how to do what was expected of them, like doing their daily chores.  
     What was so bad about that system?  Not a damn thing, that's what.  Why?  Because that is what it takes to teach a human child to mind his or her manners, to obey the law and to treat others with respect.  It is just that simple.  But we can't do that today, not anymore.  So our families are falling apart and our kids, in many ways, are failing at life...  We are fast approaching the old cave man days once again, and our government seems to be behind it all. 

      We see the results of law changes today in every child that; spits on the ground acting tough or in defiance of others, when they talk back defiantly to their parents or teachers and are unruly in public. We also see this in the road rage we are experiencing every day and night. In addition, we see this in how our young people dress or should I say undress today in public. In the boys who wear their pants so low you can see their genitalia and ass and in the girls who get pregnant in their early teens and show everything but the smallest areas possible and even more when their elders and or parents aren't looking. What happened to the rules of citizenship in our society?  What happened to the law of decency and the feeling of pride in America?   Who is allowing all this to happen to American society?  The U.S. Government!  
     Today, because our children have no real learned base of knowledge to work from, no understanding of what right and wrong is, or what respect for others is, everyone is running wild in the streets.  Even our school teachers are leaving their jobs because they too have no control over many to most of the unruly children in the classroom.  Subsequently, these classrooms have turned into war zones, places where the gangs are winning and the teachers are losing.  Some of our schools have as high as a 50% dropout rate, and many of our children don't even go to public schools any more for their own safety.  In addition to that, our crowded  jails are so over-crowded the courts have no room for the criminals.  They just slap their hands and let them go, back out into our society to break our laws all over again.  
     Unfortunately we also see the bewilderment, the built up hatred and disrespect because of these people feeling lost and distanced from society on our streets when we see families destroying themselves; one person shooting all the other members of their families and then taking their own lives.  We see it in the children who go to school and take the lives of others who have abused them when no recourse is possible for them.  We also see it in the growing bank robberies, the daily home invasion robberies, shootings, stabbings, and muggings that are on the rise. It seems to me that anyone with any intelligence has to be asking themselves.  Again, Was this planned by and carried out by a terrorist planted within our government?  Think about it.

     AND OUR GOVERNMENT DID NOTHING and is doing nothing to stop this stupidity in America or to correct it.  You would think that our elected officials would have been intelligent enough to know how these laws would effect our society.  In my opinion, they did, and probably even assisted in these laws being passed for their own greedy benefit.  It's the old, 'We the US Government', wants to be in total control, thing, and Screw, "WE THE PEOPLE", thing, that is so obviously alive and well in America. 
     HELLO!  These lawmakers, are supposedly educated Congressmen and Senators, the people we trust with our futures and our kids futures...  You have to ask yourself; Is there a plot within our own government to dismantle America from within?  Think about it.  Could be...  Since we cannot determine who these people are, these traitors to America, it is time to replace the entire lot of them, Senators and Congressmen alike. Very soon now most of them come up for re-election, all at one time.  Americans should make the changes for a better tomorrow in the US during this election and oust every one of them, VOTE THEM OUT OF OFFICE NOW!  Get rid of the whole group of them and replace them with ordinary every day men and women right off the street. Ordinary every day hard working people who do not have knowledge of special interest groups or high placed groups in other countries who want to controle their decissions and our futures in the US.  People who can simply do their jobs for Americans without the pressures of other countries government employees pulling them one way or another, diverting their thinking from our best interests.  IT's TIME!     

      Start looking at our Senators, our Congressmen and the House of Representatives, and when you see one of them pushing an agenda that is clearly against the Constitution, get rid of them, get them out of office...Today.  
     WRITE The PRESIDENT, YOUR CONGRESSMEN AND SENATORS AND DEMAND A CHANGE TODAY!  And don't forget, remember to tell all those you write to that you want to keep your Constitution as it was written, and that you want to keep your guns, for self defense and in defense of your property and for your safety in your own homes.
     As an American, and especially if you are a Congressman or Senator, if you have the power, just like it says in our Constitution, you have a responsibility to step up and do something about this wrong and do everything you can to change those laws to make our world right again before our country tears itself apart.

The second most effective terrorist act against America by Supposed Americans, was when the US Government began taxing privately owned businesses in America to the point that it put them out of business, or nearly anyway, forcing many business owners to take their businesses and the related jobs they produced out of America just to survive.  This act lost hundreds of thousands of Americans their jobs to other countries, lost the government billions in tax dollars, and caused the failure of the American economy that we are witnessing today.  Our government officials are not supposed to take bribes from Americans to do what Americans want in America, but that doesn't stop any of our government officials from taking bribes from some other government, without our knowledge, to do that countries biddings against Americans.  Does it?  I mean, we don't know, do we...  We can't get that information, can we?

The Third worst Terrorist act in America was when the United States Government took over the automobile, food, and housing industry and allowed  prices in America to soar out of sight for most Americans. 
Lets take a closer look at things here. 

     In the 1960's minimum wage was about $2.00 an hour and the cost of a three bedroom house was approx $12,000.00.

     Today, minimum wage is about four times higher, about $8.00 an hour, or less.  But the cost of a three bedroom house, the same three bedroom house that sold for $12,000.00 back then, is selling for well over $150,000.00.  That is ten times the amount it sold for in the 1960's.  In some cases, that same three bedroom house, depending on where it is located in social climbs or neighborhoods sell for well over $800,000.00, many of them  sitting on land that allows only six feet of room between houses.  Man, that's a lot of zero's.  What happened to the wages we should be earning to compensate for the gain in housing costs?    I don't recommend that anyone buy a house at those inflated and absolutely stupid prices.  It's no wonder we have so many homeless in America...  I think it's time we tell the US Government to go and take a hike and to look for new jobs in other countries for themselves. 
     Do we have bad Seantors and Congressmen in office? Is our President doing everything he can for the betterment of all Americans?  Well, if not, then it's time to replace the President and every one of our bad Senators and bad Congressmen and allow them to see what they have done to America from the third row seats instead of the out of reach loge or balcony seats.  It is time we stopped paying them their guaranteed half-million dollar a year incomes and let them suffer along with the rest of us.  When these people took office they swore to uphold and protect our country and its Constitution.  What I see today is the US Government dismantling America one day at a time, one American job at a time, one step at a time, one freedom at a time, one right at a time. 
     Write your Congressmen and Senators and tell them we want a change for the better.  We want raises in minimum wages to compensate us for their allowances of stupid housing, food, gas, land and other price escalations in our society.  Tell them to step up to the plate or get off the train.  Then, if they don't do it, get rid of them, get them out of office.... FAST!      

        ATTENTION YOUNGER PEOPLE: KIDS

This is the best advice you'll ever get from anyone! 

(1)  These days, it is hard to know what to do and who to listen to, as pier pressure from people you know, friends, neighbors, planted terrorists in your community and others who are telling you what they want you to do versus those closest people to you, your family, who are also telling you what to do, seems almost out of control.  Because of this, as a young still impressionable person, it seems very hard to decide on which persons advice to follow.  Now, I know you have heard this before and have thought about the subject many times while you have been growing up, but you should always follow your parents advice and or that of a sister or brother as they have your best interest at heart.  In addition, as hard as it may seem to you at times, it is better for you to stay in school and stay at home, and keep on living with your parents for as long as possible, than living on your own, doing whatever you want whenever you want to do it.  You'll have plenty of time for that later in your life.  One thing you must keep in mind today is this:  Except for maybe your closest friend, your family members are the only people on the planet that will love and care for you come hell or high water under any circumstances for your entire life.  All the rest, all the other people you meet in your life, are just there to get support or whatever else they can from you in one way or another while they travel the path intended or chosen for them in this life.  Remember this part of the homey code; always trust in what your family tells you, unless what they tell you goes against the laws of our country or goes against what is in your heart based on what you have been taught and have learned in your life as being the right thing.  Remember, you only have one family, IE; Mother, Father, Brother, Sister, Ant, Uncle, Cousin, and the list goes on.  They and what they say should come first, before what anyone else in your life says unless you are married, of course.  Yes, that means even your friends.  Blood is thicker than water, as the saying goes, and marriage, well, once you get married your spouse always comes first, even before your family members....  Its a rule...  That is just the way it is, your spouse always comes first, that special person you chose to live your life with.  You should always be honest with your spouse and family, honor and obey your parents and show them total respect.  After all, if it weren't for them, you wouldn't be here and you wouldn't have anything you wear, eat, drive, read, and that list goes on forever.  Remember, your mother and father and your brothers and sisters all deserve your complete devotion before anyone else unless you are married, then your spouse gets that respect.  Sadly, I learned that lesson too late in life and have lost my brother and sister to themselves.  Of course, neither of them are the kind of person anyone would want as a brother or sister.  Remember too that life is choices, both good and bad and all of us make both during our lives, sadly, no matter how hard we try to be right.  Just try to be the best person you can be given the choices and circumstance you are given or are involved in each day.  That is all that anyone can ask of any of us. Lastly, you should treat every person on the planet in the way you would want to be treated by them, like they are you.  Be kind, understanding, warm and friendly to everyone you meet.  Never, unless you have learned otherwise, see another person as anything other than just that, another person, a person who wants to be treated well, just like yourself.  Never see any other persons  color as color but simply see that person as someone from another culture who you might be a friend to and someone you can learn something from.  Many of them, the ones who can cook anyway, make great foods, something you might not have never tasted, something you might enjoy.  Get to know them for that reason alone if for no other.  They all want the very same things you want out of life; to live life as freely and as peaceably as possible, to eat well, have a healthy body, and to have and enjoy the love of their family and friends.  Good Luck, and God Bless all American Family's, the backbone and conscience of the world.

     After you graduate high school:  Continue to live at home.

(2)  It is also highly recommended that after you graduate high school you stay in school, go to college, while living at your parents home.  And while living there, work to support the household and yourself, but get an education before you leave.  What that education is, is totally up to you, but it had better be a college education of at least four to six years or more.  Staying in school affords you the best opportunity not only to get a job that will support you and whatever you see as a family in this life, after you graduate, but it will also keep you out of a military draft that might come along and that alone may save your life in the long run, in more ways than one.  Military life is not for everyone after all.  It is not a place to run away to that will support you for years while you get your life and thoughts together, it is a place where you can and will get killed and then where will you be?  Several feet under the ground if they can find all the pieces.  Just remember, fighting for your country is honorable but it can be the path to a short life.  Think about it...  If you have read my novel it will be very easy for you to understand that another person in the US Military can ruin or even end your life and or change your future, the one you want, without much effort, especially if that person is of a higher rank than yourself and is a sadistic monster or is crazy.  So, think about it before you make any rash decisions.  Don't let any MR. Flynn ruin your future in this life, not like he did mine in the book.  And, if you ever run into a MR Flynn of your own, go to the proper authorities, his or her superiors, and turn his or her ass in and then prosecute him or her to the full extent of the law.  Then make sure he can't hurt anyone else by telling everyone you know about his or her activities against humanity.  Hell, tell the world about them and then tell them again.  Make it as hard for that bad person to harm you or others as possible.  Always allow the law or their superiors to handle those people.  You never want to cause a problem for yourself just because another person causes a problem for the world.  Sooner or later those bad people will be dealt with by those who have the power and you will have won.  Be a winner not a whiner...  

  Today, it would appear too that thanks to the Bush administration, and because of our new higher cost of living, it is almost impossible to buy a home, all of them averaging over $250.000.00 for a single family home. HOW NUTS IS THAT?  This is simply someones idea of taking the American dream away from the average American and putting unneeded cash in the pockets of the few, the already rich, the ones that control everything already.  Believe me, today, you can't afford to buy that dream home on a single income, not unless you happen to get rich somehow.  And that just isn't likely to happen these days, especially without an education of higher learning, not unless you are lucky enough to win the lottery.  Many young men seek a wife or conversely women seek a husband and or even a roommate with an additional income to support the purchase of a home and a lifestyle they like.  This helps but it isn't a cure-all for todays ills in America.  My personal advice:  Never marry a person who does not have a college degree, a BA, bachelor degree or better, a masters degree will help more, and a doctorate will help the most, a person who can assist your family with a professionals level of income, if they can in fact, given todays unemployment percentages, even get a job. 
     Living today isn't just paying the rent or mortgage payment, it is also feeding your family with foods that have doubled and tripled in cost during the Bush Administrations run.  Hell, just clothing them will be expensive, and buying a car or truck costing an average of 30-80,000.00 and then putting gas into them as well as buying insurance and being able to go places in them to do things with the ones you love gets more expensive every day.  Today, none of this is cheap.  Never purchase a half ton pick up truck.  I have owned cars that can carry more weight than one of them can.  Three quarter ton truck aren't worth much more.  And they have little or no relase value.  Buy a one ton truck because they work like a truck not a car. 
     Today, thanks to the Bush Administration we now live in what I perceive to be a ruler / slave society, something that was, in my opinion, the design of the Bush administration from the very beginning, to remove the middle class and make slaves of us all.  That mentality is still alive and well in Washington DC.   It is time to vote out the old and vote in the new government in America.   
     Remember we were over $150 billion in the black when Bush took over after Clinton left office, and we are now hundreds of billions/trillions in the red and it is getting worse by the minute under Obama's Presidency.  In my opinion,, GEORGE W. BUSH, single handedly destroyed our country's economy by selling out to other countries following his fathers teachings.  Isn't there something that can be done about him legally due to the suffrages he has caused all Americans?  Can't we sue him for all his holdings and make him live like all the homeless people he has caused to be thrown out onto the street?  Why is he still sitting on his thousands of acres ranch or hiding in town, fearful for his life, living the high life with multitudes of guards following his sorry ass all around for his protection?  I ask you America.  Is there anyone out there that can do something about this tragedy, this American tragedy? This man, George W. Bush, has, in my opinion, commited treasonous acts against all Americans and he is a free man...  WHY? 

     Back to the point...  Today, in 2009, if you are planning to get married, and if you and or your future wife or husband cannot generate at least $7-8,000.00 income per month, minimum, after taxes, you have no business getting married or trying to purchase a home.  I know that sounds like a lot of money, but it is a fact.  More marriages, like small businesses, fail or fall apart from lack of funding than anything else. 

     Lets look at it this way, No one wants to live in a box (house or appartment) they can't afford when they can't get out of that box due to lack of funding to go anywhere or to do anything.  It is like living in a jail cell all your life. Don't live like a criminal in a cell or a slave to your home, live like an American, a smart American.  Get the schooling you need, get the training you need, and get a good job to support yourself  and or your family properly.... It's your life...  Think about it. 

     If you don't make that much money yet, well, you know the drill.  If you simply have to, why not  just keep dating or live with one another to see how things work out before you tie that knot.  Don't allow an accidental and subsequent unwanted pregnancy and unplanned marriage to destroy your future.   You only live once... Don't get ahead of yourself and ruin that life before it has a chance to begin.  What would it hurt to wait?  Not a damn thing...

     If the truth were told, I believe that the President of the United States should today put a cap on the cost of housing in America and reduce the cost of the average home by more than half, to under $50,000.00 for a well built home., not $850,000.00 for a 1600 square foot P.O.S., (PIECE OF SHIT), the cost of which is no where near commensurate with wages in America.  He needs to give the dream back to those lucky enough to live it in America.   Hell, he has to take control of those who would defraud Americans out of the dollar they pay for the junk they are building today, mostly made of wood chips on a piece of land no bigger than the house itself.  Living this way is not the American way, and is certainly not the American dream.   

     More very good advice for teens:  If you are having problems at home, if you can't stand one or more of your family members for some/any reason, or visa versa, if you have a personality conflict of any kind with any of them, you had better stop what you or they are doing, stop what you or they are thinking, and stand up or sit down and work things out together to where you can get along and get back to working and living together as the family you are. This may be your opnly hope of a future in America.  Your family.

     Remember, in the end, your family is all you truly have in this world.  Much of any relationship at home is caring for and showing respect for those you love, your family.  To give yourself the best chance in this life you must get along with them, all of them that you can, and show your family members that you love them and care about them, no matter what, no matter who says otherwise.  After all, your parents brought you up in this world at a great expense not only in money but in everything they have including everything they could have had if they hadn't had you.  Show your parents the respect they deserve and love them like they love you, with all your heart. Your brothers and sisters are just that, your siblings, your family.  Love them and treat them the way you want them to treat you.  In short, be the family member God intended you to be, and always  support , respect and love others that make up your family above all others.  Blood is thicker than water after all.  In other words, you owe your alegience to your family not to anyone else on the planet.  Your family should always come first... PERIOD. 

     A few last bits of advice for men from one American man to another.  At about  age thirty,  your body, a mans body, stops making the hormones it needs to stay healthy and functioning.  You should take something to keep your prostate HEALTHY and WORKING, eat right and work out every day in some way to keep your body in shape and toned.  This alone will not do it all for you but it will allow you a better life when you get older.  In addition, do not play high school sports or college sports if you want to live your adult life pain free or at least in less pain.  Take very careful care of your teeth and brush them at least twice a day come hell or high water.  Never have sex unless you wear protection (a rubber) unless you and your partner fully understand the implications and costs of having a baby.  Remember, everything about your body and hers was designed to get your female partner pregnant.  That is the way God intended it.  Never disrespect and never hit a woman as they are the weaker sex and do not generally have the capacity or physical ability to fend off an attack from a full grown man. Be a man not a punk that needs his ass kicked by another man.  If you ever see am man hit a woman, deck the F_____r.  Let him know he did wrong, but good...      

                 Now, some ADVICE, For Everyone!

     Our world as we know it in the US is changing, and terrorism is becoming a problem for all peoples around the world.  This is, in my opinion, because the people in charge, our government officials, have NO BALLS.  Because of this, they are placing all of us in America and others on our planet at risk.  We, the US, and its people, the leaders of democracy and freedom in our world, have the power to end this world fighting in one day... 

  QUESTION (1)?  Why haven't we used our advanced weapons technology to get control back?  Why haven't we used our missiles to kill the bad people , the terrorists that threaten all mankind, the many that hide in the hills and mountains in Afghanistan and Pakistan and other terrorist training countries? Who is protecting who here?  Who is getting paid off to keep them free and doing harm to our worlds inhaditants? 

  Question (2)?  Why are we allowing other countries leaders  living outside the US, to send people into our country to attack us, and then allow them to continue to live in mansions and country villas swilling wine and eating the best the world has to offer in countries we supposedly have no rights in?  If that country hides the terrorists from us why are we as Americans treating  them like allies?  By harboring our enemies, are those countries not the enemy too?  We have a lot of stored missiles we can use. 

  Question (3)?  Why haven't we been attacked on the ground by any country yet?  Well, this much I can tell you...  In the United States it is our Constitutional right to own and bear arms, and so long as it stays that way no country leader in his right mind would attempt it because we as Americans outnumber the men in their armies and even outnumber our own military,  In addition, we have more weapons and ammunition in our possession than all of the armies in the world combined.  This is why we have not been attacked.  No President Obama is trying to take our weapons away from us, and he is a MUSLIM, a member of the group that is terrorizing the world. 
In my opinion, we need to uphold the homey code in America.  We need to keep our guns and be ready to fight and to defend and protect the Constitution of the United States and especially your second amendment rights to own and bear arms, and your right to defend yourselves from aggression in your own home.  To insure this ability as an American, if you don't already have these, you need to purchase at least one shot gun, at least one semi-automatic pistol and one semi-automatic rifle for each and every member of your family, a scoped rifle is best.  All of these should be weapons that use what is termed a NATO round, ammo used by the US military, 12 Ga. w/00 Buck and rifled slug ammo, 9mm, 45, 2.23, 7.62-308 etc.  Then purchase at least 1000 to 2500 rounds of ammunition for each and keep them all handy in a water proof and airtight container if possible.  (keep them all dry).  Talk to your gun dealer and buy spare parts like firing pins and springs that may break with use and store them for future repair use.  Take gun handling training and or shooting lessons and become proficient with each of the guns you own.  Learn to break them down and clean them and keep them clean and ready for use.  As a family, and especially if you are married, you should train together. The NRA is a good place to start.  JOIN and support them!  WHY?  Because they fight to protect your second amendment rights which allows us all to own guns, and they do this every day of every week without your ever having to ask.  Thank you NRA.. 

     In addition, you should purchase a very high quality hunting knife or K-Bar Knife and a compound bow.  Take lessons on the use of all.  In addition to this, purchase a good set of binoculars that you can see a target at 1,000 yards with and keep them handy. 

     Read below...  The Constitution of the United States says that the American public has the right to form a well regulated militia it being seen as necessary to the security of a free state.  This means that you can and should work together to keep our government doing the job we want them to do, not the job they want to do without our consent.  THEY WORK FOR US AMERICA! They just try to act like they don't.

A Personal note from Litefoot to all Americans who want to survive it all, whatever it is, that's coming: 

     You, if you are an American citizen, as our US Constitution still allows,  and this bears repeating until you get it right, YOU need to own and become very proficient with firearms, both a rifle and pistol, bow and arrow, cross bow, etc. You should purchase one of each for every member of your family if you can afford them and get the training you all need to use them confidently. 

Gun Recommendations:  Even at todays standards, the Springfield Arms M1A or its highbread brother, the M-21, even though, as you read in my novel, the M-21 was designed as a specialized sniper weapon for the US Military, and is nowadays used by many police departments for that express purpose, are weapons you should own and have as a part of your family's home and or ranch defense/protection collection.  Because of its heritage and proven ability in the field the M1A rifle and its cousins, all Springfield made, American-made weapons, are some of the most reliable guns you can own.  These rifles use NATO M-80 ball ammo, or 7.62 X 51 308 FMJBT US military ball ammunition, still easily found and available within the US.  Other recommended weapons for ranch and home security use are the: Springfield Arms M1A, the civilian counterpart to the M-14.  Other great weapons are the Mini 14, and the AR-15/M-16 type or similar combat quality .223 caliber rifles made available today by various manufacturers.  In addition, Colt Firearms, Remington, Kimber, Taurus,  and others that are made to combat or police standards are also a good idea.  Purchase what you can afford and remember to support American Arms Manufacturers.  Make certain that you purchase weapons that use military surplus ammo.  This will make purchasing ammo or military surplus ammo easier and easier to obtain supplies that will you to reload that ammo within the US.  In addition, you should own pistols that also use NATO ammunition like the 40 and 45 cal., 9MM, and the 38.  All of these use ammo that is available in bulk like the 308 and ,223 caliber rifles listed above.   Stay away from off brands and weird off sized MM ammo's.   

Sadly, we, all of us on this planet, are today threatened by terrorists and the death and destruction they bring with them.  Due to this, we should band together to fight the threat until it no longer exists.  This means that no matter what country we are from, no matter what color we are or spiritual backgrounds we have we should band together and fight this thing until it no longer exists.  The only goal for everyone on this planet from this day forward should be to  end terrorist activities by eliminating the threat so as to free the peoples of the world, thus  allowing us all to work together to make all our lives better. 

Until that great day happens, we still do live in the era of the terrorist.  Therefore, in the event of an attack by terrorists or just in case we have other social and or political problems in the United States I recommend having the following in your home and or vehicle at all times for your personal survival.

          If you own a vehicle and or an RV you should carry the following with you at all times in that vehicle.

• One good quality back pack. 
• One 12 volt Citizens band radio (CB) installed and working with a full wave length antenna.  I recommend a cobra 29 LTD or better with weather  and emergency broadcast channels or crystals included or a side band radio of the same manufacturer or quality.
• One 12 volt battery.
• One SOLAR PANEL big enough to charge a 12 volt battery.  Get one that is big enough to recharge the battery while you use it.  Do not get a small trickle charger. 
  

• One battery operated multi-band 'AM-FM-Weather-Short Wave', Radio, that is Rechargeable-battery, hand crank charging, and solar panel powered.  This radio should have an antenna attachment so a long wire can be used for the antenna that can be stretched to the top of a tree etc.  Having two or more of these radios is a better idea.  Some very good ones are available out of Africa and other countries and some are available in America too but shop carefully and get the best one you can afford.  Get good radios here as your life may very well depend on having one that works well.  Get a case of batteries for this radio and store it for future use.
  

• One extra 12 volt battery, one that fits your vehicle, that has not been charged, plus a container of battery acid that you can install into it yourself, available at all auto parts stores.  To be used in the event of and during any disaster if and or when your present car battery fails. 
  

• "EMERGENCY FUEL CONTAINER," filled with at least ten-twenty gallons or more of the type of fuel that your vehicle uses, stored and sealed. 

• One: "TWELVE-VOLT WORK LIGHT" with a twelve-volt extension cord measuring at least twenty feet in length.  If you can't find one, buy the parts and make one. 

• At least one: "AA battery operated "LED FLASHLIGHT" with fresh batteries installed for every family member.  An "American made" metal flashlight is recommended.  Carry at least twenty extra batteries for each.

• One pair of AA battery operated "WALKIE-TALKIE RADIOS" with weather and emergency notification NOAA channels, with fresh batteries installed that have belt hangers or carriers and an ear bud for each for every two people in your family.  Take extra batteries with you.  Communication is key here.  In a life threatening or during any emergency situation, you will want to be able to talk in private/secret to your group or family members.
  

• One: "EMERGENCY SURVIVAL (throw away type) BLANKET FOR EACH member of your group," sold at camping stores and one cotton style blanket.  Cotton can double as bandages if needed. 
  

• At least one, very good "COMPASS", and "MAPS," outlining your area/state for each person in your group.  That is one of each for each person.
  

• One or more "CELL PHONES," if you have them, for each person in your group that can be charged with your car battery.  If you can afford them, purchase satellite phones which will work when cell towers fail. 
  

• "TOILET PAPER."

• One: "TIRE BILLIE,' purchased at any truck stop, to check vehicle tires with.  This looks like a police night stick, an item that is illegal to own if your not a cop.  The tire billie, doubles as a good self-defense tool in case you run into trouble.

• One "CAMPING LANTERN'," with fuel canister or batteries.

• One: small "OUTDOORS CAMPING STOVE," with six extra fuel canisters.

• At least, "ONE SHEATHED (hunting) KNIFE," that can be carried with you on your belt and sharpening stone.

• At least, "ONE HAND AXE, or HATCHET," with sheath to cover the blade and sharpener.

•  One good "CAN OPENER." for every two people in your group.  Military style is the best...
  

•  Several small boxes of strike anywhere matches, separated and sealed into plastic bags.

• Hand fishing tackle kit.

• Military style or hiking Entrenchment tool.
  

• "PLASTIC TRASH BAGS, and PLASTIC YARD BAGS."  Remember; always clean up and pick up after yourself and bury the trash so as not to allow anyone to see that you were there.

• One case of bottled water.

• enough foods or food bars to survive on for as many as three to five days for every occupant.

• At least one semi automatic hand gun and 100 rounds of ammo for self preservation reasons and or a 12 Ga. shotgun, pump preferred.  This may be against the law in some areas in the US so check your local laws before doing this.
• Large yard waste bags for trash accumulations.
• Two treking poles.   
  

TIP:  IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE, REMEMBER THIS:  In the event of a national emergency or any emergency in your area where yours and or other peoples lives are at stake,  "EVERYONE OUT THERE IS YOU," They are all trying to survive whatever is happening or has happened just like you are.  If you get in the way of someone else's survival methods/attempts, you will likely die trying to protect yourself from them unless you are armed and are willing to use those arms.  Take no chances,  in an emergent situation during any catastrophic situation, if the authorities (police or military) are nowhere to be found and you are threatened and/or are attacked by anyone, pull that trigger or let that arrow fly, and ask questions later...  This way you may survive another day.  There are no guarantees, there is only preparedness and a willingness to do whatever it takes to get through it, whatever comes.  ARE YOU A SURVIVOR?

SURVIVAL INSTRUCTIONS for everyone:

Take self defense and weapons use training courses.  In addition to that; 

         The following list is what you will need in case of an unforeseen emergency like a natural disaster or even a TERRORIST ATTACK against our country, things you should store in your homes and have ready, just in case.  I recommend that you store as much dry and canned foods as you possibly can, out of sight of others in your area, flour, rice, beans, wheat, canned and dehydrated foods, fruits and nuts of all kinds, a lot of water, and iodized salt.

American Survival Supply List : Things you'll definitely need.

1.    Water purification tablets and or a water purification device.  Sealed water supply allowing at least 16 oz of water per person per day.  Five to ten day supply recommended per person.  We recommend the use of "MAINSTAY", or equivalent purified water packets available on the Internet and approved by the U S Coastguard.  The shelf life of this product is 5 years. 

2.     Water purification kit, Iodine based.  

3.     One web belt and one canteen or water bottle carrier per person.

4.     One gas mask with at least one change of filter canister per person.

5.     One Camo, dark green or dark colored mummy-bag (sleeping-bag) per person. 

6.     Well supplied first aid kit that includes a large assortment of different sized and types of bandages, antibiotic ointments and medicines, eye wash, eye patches, large wound dressings that tie or clip at the ends, several rolls of gauze bandages, butterfly stitches, wound dressing that is anti-bacterial, insect bite swabs, sunburn cream or lotion, alcohol, splint materials, chemical cold and hot packs, granulated charcoal for treating food and other poisoning, airway and emergency surgical needs.  Remember, in an emergent situation,when you run out of first aid supplies, your out, and in many cases will not be able to replace what you have used, so get plenty and be prepared.

7.       One hard to see in the woods camouflage backpack to carry survival needs for each person traveling with you.  Purchase good backpacks not cheap ones. No clinking metal frames...

8.     One/two hard to see in the woods camouflage fanny packs to carry first aid/personal needs etc.

9.     At least one reflective/signaling mirror for every person in your group.

10.   At least one flare pen with several extra flares.  Having an extra one of these is a good idea.  Red flares can be seen better than white.

11.   Head net for protection from pesky bugs day and night per person. 

12.   Bug Repellent for everyone.

13.   One hard to see in the woods dark green or camouflage full brimmed Aussie style hot weather hat for everyone to wear

14.   One; screen or mesh-type light weight reflective orange vest with bright iridescent strips sewn on it for rescue personnel to see easily for every person.

15.   A six month supply of store purchased canned and dry foods and or Packaged food bars or dried foods packs that have all your daily vitamin needs included to carry as a food source  for each person in your group.  For long term emergency foods supplies, in addition to the stored foods that you have already purchased from your local food store, we recommend that you also get  some of the  "MAINSTAY", product, available on the net.  The shelf life of this product is 5 years. You can also purchase US military surplus foods like LRRP rations, MRE'S; Meals ready to eat rations, C-rations etc.  GET SOME TODAY.  DON'T WAIT...

16.   One pair of smooth leather tan or brown work gloves and one/two pair of wool or cotton tan/green gloves for everyone. 

17.  One survival manual to use as a guide if you are lost or restricted to staying in the mountains or out in the woods.  Survival manuals for whatever terrain type area you intend to be traveling in.  Have extras handy for others in need in your group.

18.  Small personal hard to see in the woods, camouflage pup tent with stakes and ropes to be carried by each person strapped to their pack.

19.  Dark colored, fully sheathed hunting knife, and hand-ax for every person.

20.  Four to six emergency candles w/holders for each person.

21.  One whistle with lanyard for every person.

22.  One VERY GOOD compass and terrain map of the area you will be traveling in or to for each person.  Don't go cheap here. 

23.  One pair of hiking or military style boots that lace up.  Take at least two pair of extra bootlaces with you for every person and carry at least three pair of dark colored boot socks.

24.  One extra watch with day and date for each person w/extra batteries.

25.  Several containers of Camouflage face (makeup) dressing to hide your skin if necessary.  Also works well to keep skin from sunburning.  Available at Army Navy surplus stores everywhere.  Get extras and share them. Tan, green, white, black and brown.

26.  One pocket sized AA battery operated am-fm radio w/weather channels for every two people in your group.  Carry extra AA batteries and an ear bud for privacy listening.  You may not want to alert others around you or outsiders from your group to your radio use.

27.  Hand fishing gear and or tackle and bright fluorescent bait in jars for every person in your group.

28.  One compound type bow or crossbow , hunting bow w/sights and w/20-25 hunting arrows with arrow carrying device, camo-colored, not easily seen in the woods for every two people.  Practice with this device with practice arrows before you use it for survival.  With this device, silence is golden.  Every person should take a course if you need to. This is just as important to have along as having a knife or a gun and ammo.

29.  One battery operated personal emergency signal strobe light w/extra batteries.

30.  Pocket Bible of your faith for every person.

31.  Magnesium Fire Starters X 6 packages, X 2 ea.

33.  Prophylactics, several for each male. X 25 ea. or more.

34.  100 feet of rope with four caribiners for each person in your group.

35.  Two sets of olive drab/tan or camouflaged fatigues or dark brown/tan and or green clothing for your area/weather in your size.

36.  Four sets of dark colored/black underwear, two dark colored jock straps, men only, three bras and panty sets for all women, dark colored.

37.  One camouflaged, for your areas terrain, jacket and or heavy coat.

38.  One pair of binoculars.  Get a good pair here, one that you can see a target at one thousand yards.  If possible get a pair that will range find.

39.  One fully stocked and well supplied emergency first aid kit and field surgical kit.  Yes I said surgery... You may need to sew up a large cut or who knows what else.  Be prepared...  That is your only saving grace in the event of say a terrorist attack in this country when no doctors are available.

40.  One semi-automatic rifle, one semi-automatic hand gun, and one pump 12 GA. shotgun, for each member of your family. One hunting/survival knife, for every member of your family as well. Stock up with a minimum of 1,000 rounds and up to 2,500 rounds or more of ammunition for each weapon that you purchase and store it in sealed, water tight, containers.  Used military ammo cans work very well for this.  Always keep your weapons loaded and ready for use after training.  Be ready to fight, not ready to die with an unloaded weapon in your hands. 

41.  Salt tablets, enough for every member of your family for six months of daily use and a large quantity of cooking or table iodized salt as well. 

42. Heavy-weight clear plastic sheeting, purchased in rolls at your hardware store, to use over every window and door, vent, fireplace opening, and heating duct in your home if we are attacked with germ warfare.  In addition, you should have at least six rolls of the better grade of duct tape on hand to seal all the openings in your home all off.  If it were me, I'd buy  extra roll s of plastic tarp material and a case of tape and keep it all handy.

43.  Heavy-weight Black plastic sheeting/tarp to cover windows at night, to keep light in and out.

44.  One Bible of your families faith for each member of your party.

45.      Several rolls of large trash can bags or yard waste bags for holding trash build ups. 

This list, although you may want to change it to fit your personal needs, will help you to stay alive in the event of most emergency situations and in the event of a terrorist attack in our country.  I hope that you will never have the need to use them.  However, in today's world none of us knows if or when we might need any or all of these listed items.  I recommend that you place all of the survival products listed into new or not very well used backpacks and set them aside somewhere in your home or in a vehicle, out of site, to be used only in case of an emergency by yourselves. You never know if or when you will need to bug out and get lost to those who might pursue you. 

Warning!  Never divulge to anyone outside of your family, party or group what you have in your packs or in your home to survive on.  You should hide the fact that you have survival products from others at all times.  Those others, people outside your group, even your friends may not have anything to survive on in an emergency and will want yours when they get hungry or thirsty.  NEVER SHARE YOUR SURVIVAL SUPPORT PRODUCTS WITH ANYONE OUTSIDE OF YOUR OWN GROUP!   NEVER!  NEVER!!  This act may restrict or even cancel your survival ability.    Always use your support items sparingly to stretch their use whenever possible.  Remember this:  According to reports, approximately 70% of the people out there don't believe they will ever need their own stored support products to survive on.  They have complete blind faith and trust in the United States Government to supply all their needs.   

Remember, your survival in any emergency situation depends on you and your own resolve to survive.  When you purchase survival products, get good dependable products not cheap JUNK products.  It never hurts to have extra rope along and a few carabiners as well for climbing.  Remember; never go cheap here, it's your life after all. 

All of this may seem over-kill or a lot to carry along or store.  However, if and when you need it to keep yourself alive, your thinking will change.  Having stored foods in your home or carrying a well supplied survival pack on your back will feel great compared to feeling like you will die because you didn't spend the money to have it all to support your needs or to bring along if you have to move for whatever reason. As to the stored foods in your home; shelve them and use them, then replace what you use before you get low.  Always look at the replacement dates on these and use the oldest first newest last.  This way you will always have what you will need on hand and not be caught empty handed. Once you get used to storing foods and water you will become dependent on it and understand that it is better to have what you need at home than to have to get in the car to go and get what you need.  Shop at your  leisure not when you have to or are forced to.  

Last but certainly not least, remember this: In the event of any local or national emergency and especially in the event of a terrorist attack on our country, you, except for those you trust in your family or group, may be left alone to defend yourself, and will have no one outside of that group or family to hold your hand or to depend on if the authorities can't do their jobs for any reason. You could be dependent solely on yourself to support any of your needs.  ANY Of YOUR NEEDS!  If these bad things happen, trust no one you meet for any reason.  Treat them as a friend held at arms length, assign a sentry to watch them closely while you are in their presence.  Be painstakingly watchful of their movements and demeanor and be very careful at all times; be the wise one and stay alive.  Sadly, in an emergent situation, even your friends and neighbors can become a lifes risk. Never, ever, let your guard down for even an instant when around them and never share your survival and or support supplies and equipment with them or anyone for any reason.  After all, if they or others use it or eat it, you can't survive.  

Nice to have along needs:

• Multi Vitamin pills and Vitamin "C" pills.
• Hair Shampoo and conditioner packets not bottles
• Sun Blocking cream, 1 tube minimum
  
• Skin cream with Aloe.
• Tooth Brushes and tooth paste of your liking
• Dental Floss two dozen rolls or more.  These have more than one use.
  
• Eye drops, two types. Eye wetting and allergy.  Several of each.
  
• Any required prescribed medicines, six month supply.
  
• Prophylactics X 25 ea or more.
  
• Feminine Hygiene needs.  Washable, re-usable cloths X 6ea, takes up much less room than boxes of pads etc and lasts much longer.
• Shaving Razor, replacement blades and shaving cream bar, bar cream w/brush.
• Fingernail clippers, files, tweezers, etc.
• several jars/tubes of Vaseline.
• Eye Glasses/contacts
• Sun Glasses or clip-ons
  
• Reading glasses, several pair..
  
• One dozen pair of rubber dish washing gloves, black.
  
• Prescribed medicines, if any.  Try to bring at least a two to three month supply.
