I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the

United States of America,
and to the Republic for which it stands:

                       One Nation under God, Indivisible,

with Liberty, and Justice for all.

While I grew up, like every other young American I knew back then, I recited the pledge of allegiance during my first class in school every day while holding my right hand over my heart, like a salute.  That daily act instilled into me the understanding that, as an American citizen, I had responsibilities not only to myself, but to my Country, its citizens, and to my Flag.  Responsibilities, as a patriotically raised American/ military brat, I felt I was expected to uphold.  I believe that still, today... even though things in my country have changed since I was a boy.  In light of that please read the following.  I envite you to watch a short film on patriotism at the following link.  It brought tears to my eyes, I hope it reminds you, all Americans, of who fought for them.

ATTENTION!
This section is dedicated to the education of the American Public, to the fact that Americans, and especially its military aged men and women, are now, and have been, purposely misinformed by the American Government as to what, as a Veteran, they will recieve in way of benefits while they serve and when they get out of the service.  This is evidenced by the thousands of homeless Americans, mostly our hero's, our US Veterans, who are living on our streets today, many of them unable to work for their own support due to mental or physical illness or injury's they acquired while they served our country and every FREE American that lives in the USA today.  Why is this happening?  Because the United States Government changed the rules since we enlisted. This means they can change their minds at will and refuse to pay benefits to any American they choose.  That is pretty scarry if you take the time tothink abpout it.  Now let me see, should I serve a government I cannot trust, a government who lies or misrepresents itself on every subject?  NO!

                             **************
I am a Vietnam Veteran, a man who has been, since I was released from the US Military in September 1968, disabled, this disability being the cause, on paper, of my being separated from military service.  Since that date, I, like thousands of other US Veterans, have done everything I could think of in my attempts at getting any kind of benefits for my suffrages with my physical and psychological, to include (PTSD) disabiliities, all service connected illnesses and or injuries, from the US Government,  Without success...  I am now represented by attorneys for my cases of disability that I have filed with the United States Veterans Administration claims offices across America.
My particular illnesses were caused, not primarily by enemy action, the only presently accepted cause for a claim for PTSD that the United States Government will allow or recognize at this time, although being in Vietnam did have its negative effects on me, but rather by the sadistic US Military officers and NCO's that, mentally and physically abused, tortured, and terrorized me 24/7 while I served my country.  I will say this again so there is no misunderstanding by anyone.  My suffrages with PTSD today are caused directly from the brutal and savage things I suffered at the hands of my own sadistic, vengful, terroristic, and traitorous superior officers while I served my country.  We have all seen movies in recent years of other attrocities brought against our men in uniform by their commanding officers; ie. a few good men, full metal jacket, men of honor, etc, this is simply another story, my story, about the abuses myself and other American men and women suffered at the hands of some of my commanding officers and NCO's, the bad one's, while I served my country.
PTSD, with its associated ills; unemployability due to anger management and rage issues, migraine headaches, panic attacks, night sweats, flashbacks, paranoia, and the rest that goes along with it, is a debilitating illness that does not allow the person suffering with it a normal existance on this planet.  Not a working or gainful employment existance anyway.  You see, people that suffer with PTSD, and especially those who have been in combat, or have been abused either physically or mentally while they served their country by sadistic officers don't put up with sadistic bastard employers who want to push their positions on them by being abusive.  They instead, would much rather knock their employer on their ass than bend to their mistreatment.  Most people that suffer with this illness, in way of self defense, become loners, cutting themselves off from family or anyone they believe could or would do harm to them in any way through simple association.  In addition, if they served in Vietnam, they, like myself, likely suffer with many life threatening illnesses that include, diabetes, skin and organ cancers, skin growths and rashes, child deformity, and more, all caused by Agent Orange, and possibly even Agent Blue, Agent White, and Agent Purple, all liquified defolients, some of which were secretly used in Vietnam with the full knowledge of their negative effects to the human body, by the US Government.  Yes, the US Government knew these agents were dangerous to the human body and that they would cause birth deformities, and even death, eventually, but they still used them.
In my case, I had a daughter from my second marriage after I returned home who looked normal in her younger years but became more and more deformed as she grew up.  Eventually, while she grew, she looked more and more like the hunchback of notre Dame and now has the appearance of an albino.  As an adult she grew to be taller than I, and became radically deformed.  Because people stayed away from her, she eventually became a criminal, and subsequently a self-imposed outcast from my family, and is now a person headed for prison.  We never hear from her now.  The VA doesn't even want to talk to me about her deformities, criminal mentality or life.  In addition to those problems I suffer with a back injury that I acquired while I served my country at Tan Son Nhut Air Base in Saigon, Vietnam.  This injury, coupled with narrowing of the nerve passages in my spine, a problem that, curiously, none of my family members who were never in Vietnam suffers from, causes me to suffer constant back pain in addition to loss of feeling, and in some cases, great pain in my lower extremities, problems that worsen by the day.  I believe these problems were caused directly by the chemicles I encountered while I served in Vietnam but the VA isn't saying anything positive about that either.  Instead, the VA tells me they can find no records of my being in Vietnam for long.  The DAV and its hospitals doctors turn a deaf ear in my direction, them telling me that my deteriorating spine conditions were caused by heredity, although they certainly can't prove that.  In addition, the VA has done nothing to arrest the effects of it to my back or my nerves, nor have they attempted surgery. This seems to be just one more cover up by the US Government to keep them from having to pay me benefits.
That said, I must admit that the VA has replaced my right hip, one that was also injured while I served my country in Vietnam.  Confusing, isn't it?  The VA does some things for a Veteran but not everything that is service connected or everything they promised when we enlisted.  I suppose I should thank them for replacing my hip, but they did make my right leg 3/4 of an inch longer than my left leg which makes me have to wear special shoes and lifts which in turn causes me severe back pain if I don't wear them, all of which is clearly documented.  However, I still receive no compensation for the deformity, the pain it causes me, nor the shoes and lifts I have to purchase.  When I applied for a percentage of disability from the VA for my leg deformity due to the surgery they performed on me, I was told that the percentage was simply added to the ten percent I already received and that I would not receive any additional monitary assistance from the US Government. This simply tells Veterans that the physicians at VA medical facilities can do what they want or make any mistake and the US Government won't pay for their mistakes.   Therefore the Veteran must simply live with whatever happens to them.
For my back injury suffrages and associated disabilities I receive only 10% disability from the US Government.  That is about $77.00 a month, after deductions for my many medications, and that is for a minimal (entry rating) that covers my back injury only, nothing more.....  In short, they treat me for my other ills but won't pay me for them or the further disabilities they cause.  Go Figure...  I can't help but wonder; why do some Veterans get a 60% and higher rating immediately for lesser injuries or illnesses, and then get as much as 100% in just a few years, when they live with less problems and pain than I suffer?  What's that about?     Whoops, I don't want to make it sound like I am distrustful of the VA or the US Government,  or like I am angry.   Caugh...  Let's just say that I am concerned for myself, my future, and the futures of all homeless US Veterans living in America, Veterans who today cannot support themselves due to their suffrages with their service connected disabilities.  I know a lot of Marines who are living on the edge, all of whom support each other in one way or another, one man feeding another so none of them starvs.  May God bless them all.  From my point of view it looks like the US Government not only wants American Veterans to be homeless, it has designed everything, in way of the stoppage of benefits for our Veterans, through the VA, to get that job done.  The president has mandated this action against our Veterans by appointing a Szar within the VA to make sure our Veterans don't get their rightful benefits.  You'll read more about that and see actual court documents that support that claim as you scroll down.
So, the questions stand; Will I die, like many other US Veterans, before ever knowing the security and safety of our own home in the country we gave our lives and future's up for?  To be more precise, will I die still living on the streets because the VA refuses to give me support for the service connected illnesses I deal with every day?   Well, not without my giving them a good fight for what they owe me, and what they owe every other US Veteran in America.
Actually, after closer inspection and after a very long investigation, many things don't add up for US Veterans, especially those that attend VA Hospitals.  Today, in in the year 2010, the US Veterans Administration continues to refuse Veterans percentages of disability for their suffrages with PTSD, even though US Veterans Hospitals and their carefully constructed PTSD clinics within them treat myself and those thousands of other US Veterans for suffering with the effects of this illness every day.  Again, this treatment is now and has been conducted at specially designed PTSD clinics located at many Veterans Hospitals across America.  Since 1968, in all those years of treatment, I could not get compensation for my losses of income from being unemployable, or for having my personal life destroyed by this illness and my other injuries.   Needless to say, I am more than just a little frustrated with the US Government and the loss of my American dream.  Do I deserve that?  Does any American Veteran deserve that?  Think about it.  Something that you may find interesting is that I am listed on US Veteran hospital computers as suffering with PTSD due to what I lived through while I served.  But still, I receive no compensation????!!!!   Of course all this has reaked havoc on my marriage and brought great suffering to myself and my family members, especially my daughter, wherever she is.  But hey, VA Employees actually get paid bonuses every month for keeping me and other Veterans from getting disability payments.  I'll bet you didn't know that...  If you are of Military age in America, you had better think that over very carefully before you join up to serve in the US Military.  THINK FIRST...  Get advice from your elders and especially from Veterans before you make a wrong decission.  Ask them what benefits have been taken from them after they served their country and then ask yourself if you want to take the chance of that happening to you if you serve.  Your life, and your future, hangs in the ballance of that decission, literally...
Because of the unconsionable delays that I have encountered with the US Veterans Administration, I have, over the years, searched for the reasons why the US Government turned its back on myself and other US Veterans, the one's I see in the waiting room every time I visit a US Veterans Hospital PTSD Clinic.  Well, I believe that I have finally found at least one of those reasons, probably the main reason.   The answer is very simple, 'IT'S POLICY'.  And, even though these Veteran abuses have been reviewed in open court, and have been found to be wrongful and against actual VA published policy, no changes to those behaviors have been made by our government, the VA, or our courts.  When filings for benefits are made by thousands of US Veterans, and the VA Refuses to provide promised support to those Veterans, the US courts just find those cases as being handled improperly by the VA, and then nothing is done about it.  There is even a so-called Szar that has been appointed by the President of the United States to deny benefits to our Veterans.  This person reportedly has final say on every claim for benefits by our Veterans, the turn-down say.  Because of laws that are in place to protect that Szar and our Government officials, our Veterans are left without the possibility of a hearing in any court in America to overturn that Szar's finding.  Who is that Szar?  That traitor to all American servicemen and women, the man appointed by the President of the United States, Mr Obama, to do the job of insuring US Veterans don't get their benefits?  It is  "The Secretary of Veteran affairs", Erik K. Shinseki, 810 Vermont Avenue N.W., Washington DC, 20420.  This was a well guarded US Government secret, until now.
Click here to see actual court transcripts that show conclusively, why thousands of Veterans, couldn't and can't get our promised benefits.  This appears to be the main reason we have so many of our Veterans living on our streets in America; because of the lack of  supposedly guaranteed governmental support in way of promised health benefits before we enlisted to serve, and the removal or blocking of those benefits by the US Government controled VA after we served in the US Military.  But that's not all, do a search online for: VAwatchdog.com and see all the other problems US Veterans face when they apply for benefits.   There are attorney's listed there that can fight in court to get the Veterans, the one's that have been turned down for benefits, a possible remand in their case, to have it heard again by the VA while following the rules this time instead of ignoring them.  I am now using one of them to represent me in court for my case.  However, that doesn't mean that I wil be treated fairly and receive benefits for my losses in this life.  No, No, No,...  This is simply another way to make a US Veteran wait for benefits he or she will never get.  You remember; Hurry up and wait...  Well the VA invented the term.
As an American, after reading the open court transcripts and reading about how the US Government and the VA are purposely stopping payments to our brave Veterans, I feel betrayed, by my own GovernmentLied to and cheated!  And, you should too.  We all should be damned mad about it and do something about it, like Vote all of our Congress and Senate members out of office, and make certain we do not vote in anyone who has been trained for years to take their places.  This will be something permanent, a forever fix, not just a bandaid that will eventually fall off, to allow the bleeding to begin again.  Until I read all those US court transcripts, The ones the US Government is hiding from you, I had complete faith in America, and in the American governmental system.  I blindly believed in the American Military system too, and in the American way of life; all of it.  Yes, I believed all my life in the better world of America and in the American dream, but now I have had that dream shattered by those who would conspire to defruad me, and all other American citizens into believing they would get proper compensation and health benefits for any illness or injury they suffered or acquired while enlisted in the US Military.  That is what I remember was promised to me by the US Government when I enlisted anyway.
As I see it, the US Government conspired even before I enlisted in the Military in 1965 and all these years since to defraud myself and the majority of all America and its Veterans by promising them benefits they knew we would never receive, and it was all just to get us to fight our country's wars.  Hell, we should be used to all the lies and manipulations  to defraud, and mislead us by now..  Well, we know now and the snowball is beginning to roll downhill, gathering up all the bad guys in its path...
All of this brings many questions to mind to all Americans, I am sure.  Especially after reading my book.  Is this why so many of our Veterans are today returning from the wars in Afganistan, Iraq and around the world only to commit suicide in a short time after their arrival home?  Is it because the US Government is turning its back on our Veterans when they need its help the most?  We see all the adds on our flat screens today welcoming our troops home, making us all feel like our government is working to help all Veterans today.  Well, it is all a smoke screen, a lie, just another manipulation of the American mind, propagangda spread in an effort to keep Americans fighting in foreign wars.
Then too;  because the US Military is not the so-called safe, every man helping every other man while they serve in the supporting and structured environment most Americans think about when they remonice or see a propagandized war movie or watch the government controled news on their flat screens, I have to ask the following:
(1)     Why is it that every enlisted person in every branch of the US Military isn't given the opportunity to rate their officers as to their performance, and as to how they have been treated by their immediate superiors, every ninety days or at the most every six months?  This could easily be done by filling out a simple questionair about their officers.  Of course this would have to be a secret ballot or private statement that cannot be influenced by anyone, especially their immediate superiors.  These performance rating questionairs should then be given to a civilian review board and to a military Officer command and control board, and to a psychiatric board to be reviewed?  These boards should have adequit powers, working together, that would enable them to remove bad officers from command, reduce officers in grade or even place them in jail for committing human rights abuses or other attrocities against anyone serving under them in the US Military.  The day of the officer being in total control without oversight should be abolished and every officer or NCO should be held accountable for their actions or criminal actions taken against any person in uniform.  It brings to mind the events during World War II when General Patton slapped a GI, but afterward had to appologize to his entire 8th army corp.  In my opinion all officers should toe the mark...
(2)     Why aren't US Military officers required to take psychological exams every one to two years, and be seen by a mental health counselor every two weeks or at least every month as well as be required to see a psychiatrist every year as SOP?  Why arent those same psychologists given the questionairs to review while the counsel these officers, just to keep an eye on them and on what they are doing to the men they command and control?  This alone might help stop the E-Grade, NCO, and lower officer abuses perpetrated by higher ranking abusive and sadistic officers that are being purposely overlooked today in the US Military.
(3)     Why isn't there an office on every base or post or a Military and Civilian board/office that any military personnel can go to if they have an abuse problem with anyone who outranks them?  An office that oversees every US Military individuals performance and oversees how they treat the personnel under and around them?
(4)  Why isn't there some type of special training put into place on all US military bases and posts that all officers, NCO's, and e-grades must attend, and especially the one's found to be abusive, to be trained or retrained in the proper and humane handling/management of lower ranking officers, NCO's and e-grades.  Kind of like AA, you know "Alcoholics Anonymous".   It could be called the; Sadistic Asshole Outreach and Retraining Organization...
Lets face it, US Military Officers, NCO's, and E-grades, should not have unrestrained control over their subordinates without someone having the ability to reign them in somehow, to control them.  We don't employ them in our military to wear crowns to bed, and carry a staff to rule with.  We have already seen what a 'little HITLER' type or Mr. Flynn type can do if left to their own devices, and or agendas.  Americans have had enough of the supposedly entitled crown wearers in the US Military and in the US Government and its VA.  That said, the US Government and its US Military has to be willing to establish and then actually use such a board of governers over their officers, non-coms, and E-grades.  Let's face it, just because the US Military teaches some management skills to its NCO's and officers these days, doesn't mean, by default, that, "out of control officer attrocities", don't take place every day and night against E-grades and NCO's, or even lower ranking officers...  Because they do... I know... And now, so do you.  It is time we as Americans dealt with the problem and got rid of the bad officers in our Military.
(5)    Today, an American citizen or a lower ranking GI cannot, in most cases, bring a law suit against an officer of the US Military, and or a member of the US Government itself for their not doing their jobs for Americans, or for causing damages to an American in his or her life?  This rule of law in the US Military or Federal law needs to be changed, and the so called Szar, the one appointed by the President, the person that oversees our Veterans denial of benefits, that man needs to get another job working for America, not against it or its citizens.
Putting all that aside, I was informed on November 5th 2009, by Senator Patty Murray's office, my Senator, in Washington State, that my case, after over forty-one years of waiting, has finally been sent to the VA Ratings Board.  I was also informed by that same office that I shouldn't get my hopes up because this is not a sign that I will receive anything from the US Government or its Veterans Administration in way of compensation for my service-connected disabilities.  No!  I was informed that this board can sit on that decission for as long as it wants to, forever possibly, or that they will deny my claims just to save face and to protect their positions and former decissions in my case, and then on my death bed I can be told by the VA to go and fuck myself.  To be honest, because I have created this web site to inform the peoples of the United States, and because the US Government will likely retaliate because of it I will likely never receive benefits.  That said, this rating review is a process that is supposed to be looked at by a board of people that is supposed to give the US Veteran the benefit of the doubt on any application and the application is supposed to be taken seriously and judged fairly.  However, In less than a week of the above noted notification, I received a letter from the VA in Seattle, one they had ready to send out when they receeived my application.  In that letter my application for benefits was again denied.  I call that a highly prejudiced act.  Yes, I am now a Martyre to Americans and to my fellow Veterans.  I apparently bit the bullet to make my fellow Americans aware of these facts.  It is now in the hands of the American public to have changes made to these existing problems, these US Veteran abuses, by telling their Senators and Congressmen and women that we will not stand for these wrongs, these attrocities, to befall our Veterans, and that we Americans will unseat them from office if they continue to allow it to occur.  It is time to vote every one of these holier than thou so-called public servants, our entire Congress and Senate,  out of office, and to begin again with new blood, honest blood.  Yes, it is time to flush the toilet, and get rid of the build up of the smelly and refresh each of them with the smell of fresh air.   In November 2010 and 2012 we as Americans have that opportunity by casting our vote.  Vote them out of office, every last stinking one of them.

AS OF NOVEMBER 2009, 6 years after I first received the 10% I do get for my back disability, after a court hearing in Seattle, and 41 years after I got out of the service, I HAVE RECEIVED NO UPGRADE IN PERCENTAGE OF DISABILITY for any service connected illness or injury... 41 YEARS AND COUNTING.
Because of this illegal treatment of US Veterans by members of the US Government, t
hese questions now have to be broached by every American mother and father, and especially by those younger Americans who are of military age
(1)     If any American serves his country, in any of the US Armed Forces, how can he or she determin, before hand, if he or she will be treated with respect, and not be betrayed or terrorized and tortured by their own superiors while they serve?
(2)     Will any man or woman who has served their country be given their promised benefits when they get out of the service?
(3)     If injured while serving their country or if they are treated like a piece of shit or are tortured and or terrorized by those that command them, causing them to acquire PTSD, will they get compensation for their suffrages with PTSD and for having their lives ruined?
(4)     Will they gain anything in way of benefits from the US Veterans Administration or will they too become homeless and left to die on the streets of America after they get out of the servece?
Those are 4 very big questions that need careful consideration by every American before they enter the US Military...
Can the US Government be trusted anymore, to tell the truth to anyone, about anything?  Would you bet your future or even your life on it?  I wouldn't, but that's me.

Because of the lack of honest answers to these questions, it is my opinion that every American should seek out and find every  Homeless American, and especially every Homeless American Veteran living on the streets of America, and tell them, face to face, that they should find a way to travel to Washington DC, to move there permanently, and while there to protest the fact that they are homeless in America.  They should attempt to get to Washington DC by the 1st day of July 2010 and while there join together in marches of solidarity in front of the White House and through the streets of that city for as long as it takes, until they get the income and housing assistance they need and deserve.  In short, our Veterans should put the pressure on those that are causing the problem of homelessness in America by placing themselves right in their oppressors faces.  You might inform them too, that if they do go to Washington DC they they might end up in a Washington DC jail for a while.  However, in that event they will at least have a dry, warm place to sleep, hot showers, toilet facilities, and hot food in their bellies.  I think that it is time all Americans, but especially homeless Americans, worked together to solve the problem of homelessness in America...  The homeless should stop hiding in other states across America.  They should instead, go to Washington DC, and let our Government see what they are doing to, "We the People".  Do it today... Move every hoomeless person living in America to Washington DC, NOW!
                                       Americans Unite!
Take the fight for what is right to Washington DC.
And while you are there, do whatever you can, march in front of the White House holding up signs that say we want the bad Senators and bad Congressmen and women, the men and women who would allow this treatment of our Veterans to continue and or would try in any way to have changes made to our Constitution, removed from office while seen as the traitors to America they are.  As Americans we all need to work together to save our Constitution and our way of life in America before it is too late, before Mr. Obama signs our freedoms away.
All of this should be done in a peaceful, non violent, non threatening manner.  This mass movement of the homeless to Washington DC will, in a very short time, begin costing those in that city a lot of money, and that in itself might just be what we as Americans need to get our government officials to make changes for a better tomorrow in America for all Americans, not just property and homeowners.....  Remember, our President and every Senator and Congressman and woman we employ, "our government", has sent our Veterans to war and are responsible for their actions against American Veterans today.  Thus, they, and every free American living anywhere in the world are responsible for what has happened, both mentally and physically, to those who served our country, no matter how they were injured.  Changing benefit promises to our Veterans, after the fact, is simply not acceptable.
Lastly, any government official, all of whom have taken an oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, who attempts to change our Constitution in any way should be impeached, unseated, or fired immediately, and then imprisoned for treason.  This includes the President of the United States, no matter who he or she is if they seek to change our Constitution or undermine it in any way.
If you agree with this, help protect everyone's futures in America, write your Congressmen today and   tell them to do what is right in America by taking better care of our Veterans and that  you want our Constitution to remain unchanged.  In addition tell them that we as Americans will remove any person from office that try's to change our Constitution.  'We, the people', supposedly still have that power...
If you would like to make a donation to a homeless Veteran, please click on the following link, and donate any amount.  On the face of the donations document that appears, after you click on the donate button, there is a section that says; "Purpose".  Type in the State in which you want the donation to be used in.  Your donation will go directly to a Homeless American Veteran through the Homeless American Veteran Relief Fund, a non-profit company that I operate, where it, less handling fees, if any, will be sent to the State and city offices of the DAV, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Homelesss shelters, etc., all organizations in your designated area.  Thank you in advance for your kind Homeless US Veteran support.
